Separation anxiety — as well as the generalized anxiety so common in adopted dogs — can completely reshape a family’s life.

It’s exhausting, it’s frustrating, and it often leaves us feeling lost.

My purpose is to guide you through this process with clarity, structure, knowledge, and genuine support, so your dog can learn to feel safe… and so your life can return to normal.

All sessions are held online via Zoom — a format that allows them to be recorded and sent to you, so you can revisit them as many times as you wish.

This is often more effective than in-person support, where you only hear the information once.

How the process works

Each program is designed to offer you:

• a clear, step-by-step plan;
• science-based techniques;
• continued support, so you don’t feel alone;
• a pace adapted to your dog — without pressure or overwhelm.

During the sessions:

• We work together for one hour
• The session is recorded and sent to you, so you can review it whenever needed
• In the first session, we make the assessment and start the first steps of the plan
• In the following sessions, we introduce new steps, always at your dog’s pace
• Between sessions, you receive email support (2 emails per week) to ensure you feel supported and confident at every stage
• The practical work is done by you, at home, with my guidance — so your dog learns in the environment where they truly need to feel safe.

What influences results

Progress depends mainly on:

• your dog not having any medical or neurological condition that prevents learning
• our teamwork — dedication and communication
• consistency in following the program, avoiding techniques that add stress

With professional guidance and support, the process stops feeling overwhelming — and starts making sense.
